Use this file when the target journal is missing, uncertain, or relevant to
literature screening and manuscript tone.

## First ask

If the target journal is absent, ask:

## Materials journal tiers by story type

Use current knowledge cautiously and verify live if the user needs submission
rules, scope, fees, templates, or the latest editor policy.
